Watermelon

Terms of Service

Effective 12 October 2026. Questions: [email protected]

The service

Watermelon reads the systems your online store runs on, through connections you approve, and produces briefs, department views, to-dos and answers. It is decision support. You remain responsible for the decisions you take in your business.

Your account

You must be authorised to connect each system on behalf of your company. Keep your password private and tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for the people you invite into your workspace.

Trial and fees

Paid plans start with a free trial of fourteen days. Fees, when they apply, are stated on the pricing page and billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Connections and data

Connections are read-only unless you explicitly approve an action. We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any system or delete your workspace at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Watermelon to access data you are not entitled to, to probe or overload the service, or to resell it without our agreement.

Availability and liability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Figures depend on the connected platforms and their definitions; where a number cannot be sourced, Watermelon says so. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify workspace owners by email before material changes take effect. Either side may end the agreement at any time; on termination we delete your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
